Executive Chef/Owner:
Benjamin Jeanson

Has been working in kitchens since the age of 16.  He obtained an associates degree of culinary arts at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.  Highlights include various postions at the 5 diamond, 4 star American Club in Kohler, WI and two years of managing the kitchen at Gourmet Catering in Naples, FL.  Has worked brunch, banquets, catering, casual Italian, and fine dining postions.  Specializes in French, Italian, and American food utililizing local vegetables, meats, and artisan cheeses.

 

 

 

Pastry Chef/Owner:
Jennifer Bukouricz

Jennifer Bukouricz has 10 years of diverse experience, starting when young.  She graduated from the renowned California Culinary Academy with a degree in baking and pastry arts.  Her experience spans specialty and production cake decorating business, to culinary front and back of the house, to a four star pastry production station.  This experience allows her to customize cakes and pastries to whatever special event, birthday, or other need you have.
